What you're applying for: As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate administrative support, covering the employee lifecycle process in a timely manner and in accordance with employment legislation and Company policy and procedures. Reporting to the HR Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Administer the HR Admin in-boxes resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner.Undertake administrative tasks associated with the employee lifecycle process/recruitment, new starter/probationary periods/PDP's/training and leaver processes.Assist in processing the monthly and weekly payrolls. Including the calculation and accurate input of weekly and monthly timesheet and expense claims,Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly paid payslipsEnsure that all absence and attendance records are input on the HR system accuratelyUpdate and maintain the HR and Payroll databasesGenerate and distribute management information reports as directedControl, reconcile and monitor any overpayment of pay to assist with the recovery of moniesProduce all HR documentation, including Contracts of Employment, Change of Terms and any other documentation as required.Develop and maintain a HR Administration Manual for all the administrative and payroll tasks associated with the employee lifecycle process.Manage the employee filesUndertake scanning, photocopying, filing and shredding duties as required.Undertake general ad-hoc administrative duties To provide an accurate and timely payroll administration service Who you'll be working for: Leading nationwide company within the FMCG sector, working closely with supermarkets Who we're looking for: Previous HR experiencePrevious payroll experienceGood working knowledge of ExcelExcellent numerical skillsFMCG experience What you'll get: 16-19K dependent on experience Full time or part time applicants considered Contact Sandy O'Neill Indigo Accountancy Ltd is an accountancy recruitment agency and business in South Lincolnshire, operating across Spalding, Boston, Lincoln, Sleaford, Grantham, Horncastle, Louth, Skegness, Newark, Bourne, Holbeach
