HR Adviser Location: Wakefield Salary: 30,000 - 34,000Our client, a not-for-profit organisation and leading national charity, is looking to appoint an experienced HR Adviser to provide a generalist HR business partnering service from their Wakefield site. Partnering with the operational leaders and managers of this , this opportunity will offer the right candidate a diverse role and scope for progression. Reporting into the HR Manager, the duties and responsibilities include: * Providing high quality, proactive and professional HR service to all staff while supporting managers/directors to meet their business objectives through the effective use of people resources.* Partner with dedicated services and you will be required to work autonomously with support accessed remotely as required. * Delivering on project requirements For this varied and challenging role, you will have proven experience of influencing, coaching and advising managers on a wide range of HR topics as well as delivering project activity. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and possess previous experience in a HR Business Partner role (or a willingness to work towards this model).For us, as long as you have the core skills required to be successful in this role, what we are looking for is a driven individual to come and make an impact on the business. To ensure you're not dropped in at the deep end, the core skills and experience we require are* Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role (or a willingness to work towards this model).* CIPD Qualified* Basic employment law knowledge* Proactive - ability to adapt to change and suggest improvement* Confident at communicating at all levels* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills * Flexibility to travel to other sites nationally Additional benefits include a pension, life assurance and 33 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays.
