Description

You will proactively identify the key people and change factors that enable improved business and operational performance to meet targets and support the development of key initiatives across the business. The role will require you to conduct analyses and/or diagnostics to identify appropriate interventions and to project manage L&D specific programmes including communications, deployment, process development & evaluation. Ideally you will create L&D processes relevant to areas of responsibility plus drive & facilitate change and improvement across the business areas.

My client seeks an individual who is proactive and passionate about learning, with excellent communication skills written and verbal. A confident professional with strong consultancy skills, problem solving, and facilitation skills. Someone who is credible with the ability to manage internal and external business relationships.
