Description
This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest operational business units within the organisation. Working at a Head Office location you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to a Regional headcount of 300.Providing a comprehensive and pragmatic and HR service you will be supporting delivery of a strong business plan in a challenging and unionised environment.
Areas of focus will include:-
*Maintaining Strong Union relationships
*Change Management
*Tupe
*Performance Management
*ER Casework
*Talent Management
*Liaison with L & D
To be considered for this role you will have extensive HR Advisor experience in an Unionised environment. Your will have full understanding of TUPE, change management and dealing with complex casework. CIPD qualified or working towards it you will embrace the quality HR standards. Suitable candidates will be inspirational, persuasive and have strong influencing skills.
