Description
My client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to be based from Somerset and are offering a competitive salary of c£19,000 + benefits.
Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor you will provide administration and 'generalist' personnel advice and support to the management teams at the South West sites including Bridgewater, Bristol, Amesbury and Pensilva. Key responsibilities will include;
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment & Selection
- Policies & Procedures
- HR Projects
Ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards) you will have HR experience gained within a fast moving environment and have the ability to influence at all levels. You must be professional, confidential and trustworthy.
