Our People are very important to us and we recognise that every member of the firm is crucial to our overall success. We are currently looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join our team for up to 12 months.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Providing advice and support on an extensive range of day-to-day HR queries and issues to include:

  • Advising, heads of teams, group leaders, group support managers and employees on all aspects of HR policies, queries and issues;
  • Taking a lead role in conducting disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings;
  • Taking an active role in absence management and maternity issues;
  • Assist in the continuous and annual review/development/implementation of HR systems, policies and procedures ensuring best practice or enhanced employee wellbeing;
  • Responsible for projects in relation to HR strategy;
  • Dealing with bespoke working requests and exit interviews;
  • Involved in the effective implementation and communication of the annual salary review process;
  • Involvement in ad hoc project work.
  • Key Skills and Experiences:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Solid HR experience and complex case work;

  • Experience of building relationships with internal clients;
  • Experience of providing both a results-orientated service and creative solutions to HR issues;
  • Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation;
  • A proven track record of taking a lead role in conducting disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings;
  • Ideal candidates will have a strong background within professional services
