Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading business services firm in central London.My client is looking for an HR Advisor to support a busy client group in a generalist capacity. Looking after a client group of 500, you will be dealing with complex E/R - advising on and conducting grievance meetings and disciplinaries. You will also be involved in TUPE and will assist in the weekly induction, presenting to all new starters within the firm.
Candidates must have experience of working in a generalist, HR Advisor role and be confident and able to think on their feet. Strong knowledge of E/R is also essential. Experience in a similar client facing role or a background in hospitality would be beneficial.
