HR Advisor, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

My reputable organisation located in central Tunbridge Wells are currently recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor to join a well established HR Team, to provide hands on support and guidance to employees and managers at all stages of the employment life cycle, including recruitment, employee relations, TUPE and restructures.

Reporting to the HR Manager main accountabilities will include:

• Provide guidance to line mangers on disciplinary, grievance, and capability procedure and performance management.
• Case manage all employee relations issues
• Work alongside line management staff and employees on all HR enquiries
• TUPE management and exposure
• Manage and consult on redundancy and restructure policy and procedure, including involvement in at risk consultations
• Line manage the L&D Advisor, co-ordinating the L&D function
• End to end recruitment cycle, including from start to finish, including assessment centres, job description writing and analysis, interviewing and liaising with agencies.
• Working with the HR Manager on the organisations Culture Change Programme and other ad-hoc project.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a hands-on and consultative HR environment with strong advisory and employee relations experience. They must have previous dealings within TUPE and recruitment, as well as a key understanding of learning and development. CIPD qualification is not essential but strong skills within supporting and guiding on HR issues is a must.
