Description
My client is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to be based at their office in Bedfordshire supporting a client group c.350 employees split over 2 locations.Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Senior Managers and providing credible HR solutions and advice on a range of issues such as ER, Performance, Absence etc.
You will need to work closely with managers to coach and provide support on their development
Providing HR support to the employee engagement survey and dealing with related actions
Supporting change projects
Work with the HR Manager to deliver the people agenda and HR strategy
Ideally you will come from a solid generalist background, used to working in a fast paced environment where you have had exposure to dealing with ER issues.
