Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor with to work within an existing HR team. You will be responsible for providing proactive and professional generalist HR advice and support to a portfolio of managers across the business.

As an experienced HR Advisor you will have good working knowledge of Employee Relations (i.e. disciplinaries/grievances) and Industrial relations issues as they arise providing advice and remedies as necessary. You will be responsible (as part of the HR team) for interpreting new legislation, analysing it's impact on the business and making recommendations for compliance within the business, producing briefing documents where appropriate. You will also be responsible for development of effective training materials and competent delivery to managers and staff.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of delivery within a fast paced, demanding environment. You will be an effective team player who is enthusiastic and reliable, with the ability to manage conflict where required.
