Position: HR Advisor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hours available between 8am and 6pm
Salary: Circa £26k to 28k per annum, dependent on experience
About the role:
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to provide professional advice, guidance and support to Managers and Team Leaders across their charity as they go through an exciting period of change. Based in their head office in Leeds and reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions that enable to the charity to achieve its strategic aims.
Candidates should be CIPD qualified and experienced in the provision of professional, credible, generalist HR services. You will have experience of providing proactive management and advice on sickness absence and attendance issues, utilising Occupational Health services where appropriate.
You will have experience developing and creating MI data to take any necessary actions as needed, along with experience in advising and coaching department managers and team leaders in employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across a number of levels are also key to success in this role.
You may have experience of the following: HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, HR Adviser, Human Resources Advice, etc.
