Urgent HR Advisor neededLocation - HounslowTerm - Temp contract Full time Duration- 3 months with possible extensionWe are looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a role in Hounslow, needs to have extensive experience of working as a HR Advisor.To support the provision of a professional HR administration function, ensuring compliance with Council Policy, employment legislation and best practice. Role requirements:- To provide a high level of customer service, advice and support to staff across the organisation and to external customers and stakeholders- To provide administrative and other support to the team ensuring timely and accurate management of all transactional activities.- To promote and facilitate the positive employee relations, workforce flexibility and a clear focus on delivery of Council services.- To advocate and represent the service area both internally and externally as required.- To raise performance in Human Resources & Transformation by contributing to a culture of continuous improvement- To promote a positive image of Hounslow and represent the Council attending and presenting at events and working parties as may be required.- To take active steps to contribute to the achievement of all of the Council's priorities.- Form good working relationships with colleagues across the Council and partner organisations.- Promote equality of opportunity and recognition of diversity in the delivery of services and in employment practices.- To participate in the Council's emergency planning and responses to emergency situations when required to do so.- To assist in the conduct of elections when required to do so.To ensure actions are compliant with HR policies and procedures and that the Council's interests and reputation are protected at all times. - To produce letters and documentation to support transactional work in a timely way.- To provide administrative support for the recruitment, appointment and leaver processes, taking full responsibility for their own caseload.- To ensure the accuracy and proper control of employee data on HR/Pay system, and in personal files.- To assist in the provision of management information from the HR/Pay system as required.- To provide support to colleagues in the wider HR Team as required.Only candidates with previous experienced will be considered for these particular roles.Please contact us ASAP if you are available for immediate consideration on ThanksDay Webster team
