Our client is a multinational company and the leading supplier of high performance life science reagents. Due to a period of enormous growth they are looking to grow their HR team.Reporting to the Human Resources Manager for Europe, you will be working as part of a busy European HR team, supporting employees and managers at our Bristol division. This role involves handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties and to act as a liaison between managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also be expected to support European HR in daily activities and assist in coordinating HR projects to help deliver and achieve global objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Human Resource Support - Local (Bristol)?Responsible for administrative HR support processes- Starters and leavers (assist payroll in preparation of relevant data ( absences, bonus, leavers details, bank details, etc)- Benefits and pensions administration- Absence management using HRIS - Recruitment - see below. Local recruitment support, including placing of adverts, applicant processing, offers, interviewing and on-boarding. Maintenance of all personnel files (hard and soft). Assist with performance management processes, including working with employees and managers on completion of review process. Assisting management with rolling out global initiatives, including communications and administration. Accompanying HR Managers/team to HR related meetings.Human Resource Support - (European). Assist, co-ordinate, and deliver HR projects in line with European/Global strategy, including talent management projects, supporting L&D training, compensation and benefits projects, etc.). Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance reviews, etc.)Operational responsibilities:Adhere to company operational procedures, ensuring you:. Follow the Company's QMS system and comply with operational procedures. Follow HR/legal best practices in all aspects of administration. Apply the Company's commercial and operational policy . Work within guidelines of Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Work with internal departments to maximise communication and improve efficiencies within teams to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.Benefits include:Free ParkingDentalPension contributions of 4% minimum (increasing to 5% next year), increases with Employee contribution.Life cover 4x salaryMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:. Degree or equivalent in Human Resources,CIPD accredited level 3 minimum.. Proven experience within Human Resources, including basic knowledge of employment law. Possess excellent IT skills, including experience of working with databases, Office Outlook essential, including hands on experience of using an HRIS or HRMS.Personal Qualities and attributes:.
