Well known and highly regarded in their particular sector our client is recruiting an HR Advisor on a 9- 12 month fixed term contract to provide a customer focussed and effective HR service to the business. To ensure delivery of first class and proactive service to line management. To work with HR colleagues to deliver both HR and business goals and objectives. Ensure all HR matters undertaken are handled fairly, consistently in line with legal and company requirements. Accurately advise and coach line management on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation taking guidance and direction from Senior HR Business PartnerSupport grievance and disciplinary casework as directed by the Senior HR Business Partner, ensuring implementation of policy, legislation and best practice.To assist with the production of reports (including absence and attrition management information).To act as an Ambassador for HR to help drive organisational performance by supporting and delivering business objectives and requirements.To participate in regulatory audits as required.To oversee employee screening process including auditing of right to work documentation upon recruitment, conducting meetings with employees as a result of adverse employment references and checks. To escalate as appropriate in line with the Company's Recruitment Risk Matrix.To ensure the accurate preparation and delivery of appropriate contractual documents regarding terminations, appointments and amendments to terms and conditions of employment.To ensure all HR System data is updated and maintained accurately by HR team and manage the production of all monthly and ad hoc reporting.Continuously evaluate current systems, policies and core HR processes, making recommendations to ensure relevance, compliance and to assess and manage risk.To undertake projects as directed by the Senior HR Business Partner e.g. engagement, employee health and wellbeing.Ideally you will CIPD or Part Qualified working towards itUnderstanding of UK employment legislationWorking knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and best practiceUnderstanding of the current HR thinking and strategies * Payroll;Experience of producing reports and management information.Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly ExcelExperience of working with HR databasesPlease quote HNF1611-66 when calling Alexander Lloyd on and ask for our HR division.
