A fantastic opportunity has just become available for a HR Advisor to join a brilliant organisation located in South East London. The role is for 3 months initially with a view to making permanent. In the role you will be providing effective advice and guidance, on people management matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance and attendance, in a timely and professional manner. You will also interpret HR policies and procedures accurately, keeping abreast of changes in employment law and the HR environment. You will help with Learning and Development in arranging training days, and providing some bespoke training to staff as and when required. For this role it is essential that you have previous experience of supporting on ER casework and have worked at the advisor level before within a fast paced HR team. Candidates should be available to start within 2 weeks.
