It makes them the perfect partner for buying and selling in-lane and online.Position Purpose:Responsible for contributing to the achievement of the business strategy and Branch business plan objectives, through providing pro-active support and advice within all aspects of HR utilising HR tools, policies, procedures and best practise.Key Responsibilities:. Ensure all Managers are adhering to company policies and procedures and information is provided in a timely manner with areas of improvement to be addressed. Support continuous improvement and updates of HR policies, procedures and guidance in line with current legislation and best practice. Support the managers in achieving HR KPI's - this includes effective management of absence and turnover and creating effective interventions where necessary. Be the HR lead for your area for providing specific and timely advice/recommendations to Managers on all legislations and Manheim HR policies and procedures including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, enhancing performance; assisting in all necessary meetings and providing tailored solutions. Assist the implementation and embedding of all HR initiatives and support all change initiatives within the business area providing advice and guidance as necessary to ensuring successful and effective implementation. Support all aspects of Manheim's recruitment and selection process working with Managers to target, attract and retain the best candidates. Support the induction and onboarding process to ensure maximum retention, reviewing feedback and making recommendations. . Drive and support Team Member engagement working with Managers to create a fully engaged workforce and support in achieving internal and external engagement measures. To develop the people management capabilities of the business, by providing sound advice and coaching and identifying training and development needs and solutions.. Review Performance Review documentation and work with Managers highlight training needs for their teams and provide effective solutions. . Complete all necessary HR administration in line with company policies, procedures and best practice and support Payroll administration for the core Auction Site in your area People Responsibilities: This role is responsible for 0 direct reportsTravel Requirements: . 21 - 30% travel, primarily regional or national.
