Our client is one of the UK's most exciting fashion brands. With aggressive growth in the US this year, as well as European store roll out, this business is one to look out for. To support their ambitious growth plans, the HR Director has identified this key role as pivotal to success. It is a challenging role requiring strong retail HR skills to deliver in a fast paced environment.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner and forming part of a team of 8, you will be responsible for supporting all stores and head office based employees across all HR processes including employee relations, training & development, recruitment, appraisals and the implementation of HR policies, procedures and legislation.

This entrepreneurial environment gives an ideal opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop in their career. This position would either suit an experienced HR Assistant / HR Admninistrator looking for a step up or an existing HR Advisor, eager for a new challenge. The people culture and values of the business are taken very seriously and as such, finding someone with the right cultural fit whatever their level, will be essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, with a proven track record working in an HR capacity in retail and ideally fashion retailing. You must be proactive and organised with the ability to influence at all levels, along with a commitment of delivering KPI's within the HR function. High energy levels, the ability to think on your feet, a positive and honest approach, as well as possessing a natural 'coaching' flair and commercial awareness are also essential.
