Our client is a support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and numbers are set to rise to over 1 million by 2025. Position: HR Change Project Advisor Location: Flexible Contract type: Full time, Fixed Term up to 18 months - ideal start from January 2017 Hours: 35 per week Salary: 27,304 (National) or 31,770 per annum (London) Closing Date: 24 November 2016 Interview date: To be confirmed About the Role: Are you looking for the next challenge to demonstrate your considerable change expertise to enable our client's organisation to transform and deliver an ambitious and bold new strategy? Are you passionate about empowering and enabling people to deliver change successfully and bring their people along with them? If you are an experienced, established HR Advisor or Business Partner looking to take the next step in your career this could be the opportunity for you! Using your well-developed coaching and relationship building skills, your aim will be to empower and enable your business partners to proactively manage their change programmes. Your remit will be to provide advice, guidance, identify and balance risk and resolve conflict where necessary. You will also need to be able to spot and develop the expertise of others and work in collaboration with them to achieve our goals. It's vital that you are a credible individual who can constructively challenge and influence colleagues at all management levels. About You: A calm, creative and analytical nature will stand you in good stead, as will your ability to really listen to what your partners are saying and getting to the heart of the issue. You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver against shared objectives with the emphasis on effective communication and team working. You will report into our POD Business Partner - Change Management and work alongside our specialist employee relations, and HR Business Partnering teams. You will be expected to achieve and maintain high standards of performance with minimal supervision and to be willing and able to challenge and give feedback in a positive and supportive manner.
