We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a background in Compensation and Benefits.

This is a staff role based in Aberdeen City Centre.

To provide a full Reward support & advisory service that is aligned with and adds value to the strategic and operational needs of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities to include:

Participates in compensation and benefits projects including input to the design, development, implementation and administration of new or revised compensation and benefits plans or projects.
Acts as focal point for 3 company share based programmes.
Manages the annual salary review process and bonus distribution, including the preparation of employee letters.
Manages the outsourced payroll function and in-house payroll support for UK and expatriate payroll.
Participates in and conducts market surveys.
Assists in the collation of market intelligence.
Provides analytical support in the provision of management information to the business.
Models benefits and tax options to support decision making.
Liaises with the Corporate Compensation and Benefits section.
Negotiates and manages and insurance renewals e.g. Permanent Health Insurance
Acts as Secretary to Pension Trustees.
Manages the relationship with service providers including payroll provider, pension provider, share scheme administrator, tax adviser and financial experts.
Prepares statutory reporting requirements for pension and share schemes.
Liaises with external tax advisor regarding expatriate tax issues and organises UK tax consultations for inbound and outbound expatriates.
Provides ongoing HR and employee training in areas of benefits, stock programmes etc
Compiles budget for Compensation & Benefit activities.
Represents the Company in compensation and benefit activities.
Provides guidance to HR Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)
