We are working with a growing international services based company and they are looking to recruit a part-time HR Advisor. The role will be for 2-3 days per week and will be providing HR support to the international offices - Holland and Germany. As you will be dealing with these offices, candidates must be able to speak Dutch and/or German. Reporting into the Director, the role will be ER focused, but will also be involved with other generalist HR areas. Key duties and responsibilities will include; Supporting around 70 employees with all aspects of HR supportManaging a case load of ER cases - dealing with all areas of general Employee Relations - Grievances, Disciplinary, Time-keeping, Long-term sickness, performance management and absence management etcDiscussing performance issues with staff, providing and managing all paperwork, sending actions / agreementsProducing HR reports for accounts and payroll - starters, leavers, changes in contracts etcAdvising managers and attending disciplinary meetings and tribunalsDocumenting all relevant information and producing written outcomes on day-to-day cases.Providing advice on international employment lawDealing with all HR queries around HR Best practice, HR policies and procedures. This is a varied and hands on HR Advisor role, with focus on managing ER and supporting managers and employees with performance management. As the role is covering international offices, they will be regular travel to the German and Holland offices - so candidates must be willing to do this. Candidates must have experience working at a HR Advisor level and have proven ER experience. Good understanding of the disciplinary process within the EU, in addition to coaching and advising managers.
