HR Advisor, £33-38k, Manufacturing, Nr Uxbridge, Perm
My client, a Leading Engineering firm, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Working in a mainly blue collared environment you must be a true Generalist who is skilled in all aspects of HR with a focus on ER.
Experience with working in a Unionised Manufacturing environment is highly desirable. With a client group of c. 1000 manufacturing staff and engineers you will be a visible presence throughout the company. You will be the first port of call for all HR issues working on more junior cases and escalating up more serious issues.
A fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor with previous experience within Manufacturing and Engineering enrironments with huge opportunity for career progressinon.
