My client is looking for a HR Advisor to start immediately on a 3month fixed term contract, to be based from Crawley and are offering a competitive salary of c£27,000.

Working as part of a team, within the shared Service environment, you will provide HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures including;

- Maternity and paternity
- sickness absence and performance management
- disciplinary and grievance
- terms and conditions of employment

You must be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a successful track record in a HR Advisory role and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
