My client is seeking an HR Advisor - Shared Services to be based from Hook and are offering a competitive salary of c£25,000 + benefits.

You will be required to provide high quality and consistent HR advice, support and guidance to all employees and HR managers. Key responsibilities;

- administering HR transactional activities associated with the employee lifecycle
- coaching and advising line managers on employee law issues
- delivering a quality and professional service to all customers ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and good employment practice
- providing timely advice on end to end employee lifecycle processes, including new vacancies, joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes
- ensuring that all employee data is entered into Oracle

Ideally CPP qualified, or working towards, you must have a broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and excellent knowledge of employee relations issues and employment law. Experience of using oracle is desirable.
