Description
A great role for an HR Advisor to work within the consulting arm of a Leading Accountancy firm.Based in central London, you will be responsible for a busy client group of 700-800 people in total. This is a generalist role where you will contribute to projects and support in the of delivery of Talent and HR strategy.
Candidates must demonstrate experience of Relationship management: negotiating and influencing skills and have the gravitas to command professional respect at all levels. Experience of managing ER cases and related risks as well as managing reward processes including risk management and process improvement is required. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate an understanding of a Consulting environment.
