This is a role within a leading FTSE listed business who are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills. You will work within a team which takes responsibility for ensuring an effective Management Information and Analytics service across the business. You will be responsible for developing HRIS reports and working with the business to define new reporting capabilities. You will also ensure the data within the system is accurate and will act as Project Manager for the Human Capital Management Strategy. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, strong analytical and systems skills. Furthermore, candidates need to be numerate and competent with statistics packages.
