HR Analyst Compensation & International Mobility
£28 to £32k (12 month FTC to perm)
London

My client, a global Oil and Gas organisation is looking to hire a HR Analyst to actively participate in projects relating to Business Development and International Compensation Standards and Benefits; Benchmarking and International Mobility. To analyse and benchmark salary levels by comparing data from various data providers. To define, elaborate and develop policies related to international mobility and compensation.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- To partake in projects regarding Business Development, International Compensation Standards and Benefits, benchmarking and International Mobility.
- To manage international personnel data, comparing data from various data providers in order to benchmark salary levels and benefits.
- To create reports in excel; and analyse, benchmark with internal salary matrix and compare to salary surveys from various data providers.
- To partake in Tax Compliance/Saving projects to ensure cost savings for the Company.
- To prepare corporate level presentations in PowerPoint.
- To be responsible for preparing monthly headcount reports for international and local needs.
- To revise, analyse and circulate relevant policies and procedures within the Company and to ensure compliance with Company procedures.
- To liaise with Corporate and other Divisions in Milan and Rome regarding compensation, benchmarking and international mobility.
- To partake in benchmarking projects.
- Ad Hoc duties as and when required.
- Daily administration duties.

Candidate Specifications:

- Relevant Degree an international economics and management degree could be more advantageous over a HR degree.
- 0-2 years working experience
- Robust interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proactive attitude to solving problems, ability to identify and set priority actions and to handle a high workload
- IT literate, highly numerate, and familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
- Knowledge of Italian or any other mainstream European languages would be an advantage
- Detail oriented, eager to learn and explore new fields of knowledge
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are pre-requisites for this role.
- Awareness and appreciation of multi-cultural organisations and work groups
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Candidates must have the right to work in the EU
