Due to organic growth, they are pleased to be recruiting an HR Analyst to add value to their team. Duties and responsibilities include: Providing advice to improve, maintain and develop the HRIS to streamline & "best practice" the HR transactional processesStreamlining information - reporting & data analysisEnabling departments to become more efficient and effective through a comprehensive and structured approach to the process and workflow redesign.Application of continuous improvement methodologies supported and enabled by the effective use of existing technology/databases. You will ideally CIPD qualified with previous experience of working with HRIS methodologies. You will enjoy communicating with individuals to develop collaborative relationships within the business. This role will suit an individual who enjoys project management and sees the value in continuous improvement through efficient best-practice.
