Description

My client is seeking a committed HR and Payroll Officer to be based in Cornwall and are offering a competitive salary c£25,000 + benefits.

Reporting into the HR and Payroll Services Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of end to end payroll and pensions administration processes aswell as supporting other HR/Payroll related activities provided by the HR Services Team.

Key responsibilities will include;
- starters / leavers
- payroll changes
- salary sacrifice arrangements
- statutory provisions
- pension schemes
- contractual changes
- allowances / expenses
- timesheets

You must have experience in manual and computerised payroll / pensions administration including end to end processes within a large organisation. IPPM or other relevant payroll qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
