Do you have experience working in HR and are looking to continue this with potential progression within a reputable organisation? Do you have excellent communication skills and pride yourself in being approachable? Then this could be the role for you.Job responsibilities:. Provide general HR advice support to colleagues and managers on employment law issues, company policies and procedures e.g. recruitment, disciplines, grievances, absence management, LTS, maternity/paternity, flexible working requests and retirements . Responsible for reducing absence-related costs by proactively 'championing' the company's Absence Management Policy including managing the Occupational Health appointment system. Support the recruitment process e.g. eligibility checks, inductions, paperwork, references. Build and maintain excellent open and working relationships with site colleagues, management teams and suppliers. Resolve all colleague/management issues in a timely manner and update and inform my Manager of anything that I cannot deal with . Provide excellent customer service to both internal / external customers and suppliers. Support and assist my Manager and the wider HR team on other duties as and when required . Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times in line with best practice. Attend site management meetings as required and ensure colleague information is relevant and updated e.g. notice-boards, presentations. Provide data and reports to the Senior HR Advisor and the Senior Management Team as and when required. Provide HR support for projects as required for business needs. Ensure accurate records and notes are maintained and filed at the correct time Behaviours: .
