Our client based in Huntingdon are currently seeking a temporary HR Assistant to join their busy team on an on going basis.

This is Monday to Friday position with the hours of 8:30am - 5pm

The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and be available from immediate effect

Basic duties to include:

- Maintaining internal System (input new starters, salary updates, terminate leavers)

- Processing employee salary increase, Management Awards, allowances and sickness administration

- Supporting Recruitment by posting vacancies and managing responses to candidates using our bespoke Applicant Tracking System

- Onboarding new employees by creating offer letters, employment contracts and new starter packs

- Creating and updating employee Personal Files in accordance with Data Protection Regulations

- Creation of in-house departmental communications eg, job boards, blogs and HR Dashboard.

- Confident

- Remain calm when under pressure

- Great communication skills

- Adaptable

- The desire to learn and progress
