This very successful growing engineering company is seeking a HR Assistant to support the European HR Manager. You will serve as a link between management and employees by providing specialised services to employees, the department's goal is to foster positive relationships, to increase job satisfaction and to make sure that all employees and business needs are met. Tasks within the role >

Manage the HR IT infrastructure, report holiday, sickness, raise general letters, offer letters/contracts and correspondence

Manage the recruitment process for all European and UK vacancies including psychometrics and assessment tools.

Administer all company benefits including company car, pensions, maternity and appraisals

Create HR statistics and reports on a monthly basis and gain involvement in global projects when required.

Our ideal candidate will educated or equivalent to 'A' level, certificate in CPP and a knowledge of psychometrics tools.  Good exposure to UK, labour law and some European Law. Interviewing skills, coaching skills, proficiency on all Microsoft office.
