Our client is one of the UK's most exciting fashion brands. With aggressive growth in the US this year, as well as European store roll out, this business is one to look out for. Due to this growth, the business is looking to expand their HR team and as a result, is looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join their busy and vibrant HR Team.

Working within a team of 8 and reporting into an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting in all aspects of HR to ensure the smooth running of the HR department. Day-to-day, you will be involved in supporting across some of the following areas:
* recruiting and staffing
* performance management and improvement tracking
* employee orientation, development, and training
* assisting with employee relations
* company employee communication
* maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience working in an HR department within a retail or fashion environment. You must be proactive and organised with strong communication and organisational skills. You will be confident dealing with people at all levels and the ability to work to deadlines.
