An exceptional HR Assistant is needed in a busy, vibrant and social HR department assisting with HR duties. As well as day-to-day administration and exciting long-term projects, key responsibilities include:
Sourcing and assessing candidates for roles across the entire company spectrum.
Working with internal management as well as external agencies to recruit a variety of candidates including graduates and industry specialists.
Liasing with management to advertise for new and replacement roles.
Setting up and coordinating inductions for all new employees as well as ensuring that all related administrative tasks are completed.
Dealing with HR related queries from all employees ranging from contract staff to senior management.
Maintaining and developing in house HR systems.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Coordinating and ensuring that appraisals are carried out with all staff and updating and developing the in-house HR system.
Ensuring development plans are in place for all employees.
Working with managers to resolve performance management issues.
Working with the HR Manager to resolve disciplinary and performance management issues.
