A leading Energy company require a HR Assistant to assist with daily duties which will include the following: - Preparing daily reports. - Preparing cost projections. - Preparing draft assignments. - Preparing monthly reporting for partner assistance and vacation travel eligibility. - Creating electronic file structure for new assignees. Managing the paper file archiving process. - Running reports from P3 - creation and manipulation of excel spreadsheets - in support of Operations Managers and Advisors.
We are looking for someone with the following skills/experiences: - Excellent team work. - Ability to prioritise. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of SAP HR would be beneficial but not essential - Considerable experience of working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
