HR Benefits Administrator - Nottingham - 9 month FTC - 22.5K - 26.5KOur client, one of Nottingham's largest employers and a leader in their field, are now looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator to join their Pensions & Benefits team as part of their wider HR Service.The Pension & Benefits team are responsible for administering a significant number of benefit schemes. In addition to pension these range from childcare schemes, cycle to work schemes, bus and train schemes and fitness schemes etc.Our client plans to introduce a new employee Car Leasing Scheme and needs an experienced Benefits Administrator to play a key role in the introduction and management of the scheme. The role is initially offered on a nine month fixed term but may be extended or become permanent dependant on the success of the scheme. The role holder is expected to manage other benefits on a day to day basis and to assist with the pension schemes and other areas of the Service as required.To join the team you must have a positive dynamic outlook with a willingness to learn and be able to explain to employees the schemes. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.A high level of organisational ability including the management of staff is desirable along with excellent Excel and Word skills are required to deliver the department's focus on excellent customer service. Experience in employee benefits is essential for this role and experience in either pensions or payroll is desirable.
