Description

Major financial services organisation has an opportunity for a HR business analyst to join the team during a fundamental period of change.

The candidate will have experience as a HR business analyst, ideally looking at the set up and effective deployment of centres of excellence, such as resourcing, learning, talent and reward. The candidate must have experience either working for a large corporate or maybe have a background coming from the big 4 / HR consulting organisation.

Candidate must have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and be able to work in a change environment with deadlines to be hit.
