Title: HR Business Partner (12 month contract)

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (depending upon experience)

Our client, who are market leaders within their field, are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their existing HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

The overall purpose of the role is to provide high quality operational and strategic support to managers and senior managers within the Northern division. The post holder will have the ability and experience to offer generalist HR support and guidance covering employee relations case management, policy development, HR strategy, TUPE, employment law and legal frameworks. You will work alongside two HR Officers over whom you will have line management responsibility.

The right candidate for this role will have proven experience as a HR professional and be ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent). You will have a 'can do' approach with the ability to work proactively to establish solutions to everyday challenges. You should possess leadership skills as well as excellent communication and IT skills.

The role is based in South Leeds although there will be occasional travel between offices for divisional and area team meetings so a car owner is preferable. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave starting as soon as possible. The core hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
