To develop, lead and drive high quality HR practices and policies which will contribute to the organisation's strategic and tactical intent.

Partnering Senior Managers within the relevant business areas in identifying key business goals, integrating human resources into the strategic thinking, direction setting, planning and operation of the organisation.

Lead the development of employees' capabilities to enable improved organisational performance and responsiveness and facilitate change management to achieve a high performance culture.

Responsible for delivery of best practice day to day advice and support, which is compliant to current legal and professional standards and corporate requirements.


*Develop and implement initiatives to drive improved employee performance within the relevant business areas
*Advise on, and ensure, effective organisational design to support strategic plans
*Deliver resource and succession planning processes that provide optimal performance
*Development a high performance culture that engenders personal achievement
*Develop reward schemes that both engage and drive performance
*Develop effective people processes
*Identification, development and retention of top talent
*Develop and deliver change management programmes
*Act as a champion of the Magnificent Seven and the People Plan
*Create and drive a culture of continuous improvement within HR processes and the wider business processes
*Act as an internal consultant (sounding board) for senior managers, providing advice, guidance and input on all people issues and areas of performance.

Ideal candidates will be from a strong service background with a solid history as working at either senior HR Adviser or HR Business Partner
