My client is currently looking for a commercial HR Business Partner to join them for a 6 month interim assignment.
In this role you will be part of the Management Team which influences the business to support the people agenda and contribute to the strategic company plan.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
·Deliver key initiatives and annual HR processes
·Develop an HR plan that supports and contributes to business productivity
·Work with HR Director and HRBP to deliver the People objectives
·Develop cross functional relationships within the business
·Manage, develop and review the performance of the management and leadership team provide feedback
·Share internal and external business and commercial knowledge across the wider HR to provide 'best practice' HR advice
·Act as an internal consultant to facilitate and influence change programmes and HR initiatives within the business
