Our client currently has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team based from Coventry. The role will also include some weekly travel across nationally based sites.
The role will be responsible for managing the HR team and leading the delivery of an effective HR service to the business.
* Develop, implement and drive the people strategy
* Preparation for and lead change programmes including resructuring and TUPE.
* Support the business in workforce planning, develop recruitment processes and retention strategies.
* Lead union consultation and negotiation meetings
* Drive continous iimprovement within the team and the business.
* Manage complex emplyee relations cases
* Deputise for the Head of HR as required.
It is essential that candidates have experince gained from within a role where they have partnered the business at a senior level. You should be able to demonstrate how you have lead a HR team at an operational and strategic level.
