HR Business Partner; 6 to 9 months contract; Paying between 38,000 and 40,000 per annum (pro rata)+ Benefits; Based in Northwich Search HR are very proud to be supporting a well known, well respected organisation in recruiting a HR Business Partner for a 6 to 9 month period as maternity cover. This is a great HR Business Partner job whereby you will perform a strategic, operational and varied HR role within your own designated region and where you will be able to offer a supportive HR service in a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving. The HR Business Partner will report into the HR Director and will gain a great amount of exposure in performing this role. This HR Business Partner job is to be based at the clients in Northwich office.Our client is essentially looking for an experienced HR Business Partner that has a strong generalist background who is decisive, knowledgeable and ready to hit the group running. Previous trade union experience is essential. You will be driving an operational HR, Recruitment and Training team.In performing this HR Business Partner role, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will by no means be limited to):* Managing 2 direct reports across HR, Training and Recruitment* To act as a sounding board for the HR team and handling escalated generalist HR issues of a more complex nature* Covering a particular local region* Scoping out, planning and supporting with recruitment* Coaching and mentoring management* Working within Budget* Managing relationships with Trade UnionApplicants will ideally be CIPD level 7 qualified.
