Your new roleFacilitate a high performing cultureBuild and execute change programmes which build capability and grow talent within the identified business areas.Act as a coach to business leads & their teams to improve effectivenessLead the effective and timely implementation of HR processes across the business areas to include talent management reviews & succession planningContribute to projects which support the move to a consistent employment experience within the business area.Ensure performance management process is in place and operating effectivelyInput into disciplinary and grievance process as requiredEnsure change programmes are effectively managedManage employee relations issues associated with any change, in particular proactive management of the relationship with the ForumDriving a performance management culture within customer base groupIdentifying, initiating & implementing improvements in work processesTalent Management / Succession PlanningFacilitate active succession planning and development planning for identified client group Manage the talent process ensuring great people are highlighted, supported and developedWork with customer groups to build longer term succession plans for areas of responsibility Ensure development plans are in place for high performers across the businessSeek new ways to build a talent pipeline for the future in identified client groupEnsure that links are built with local schools, colleges and universities to build future workforce pipelineEmployee RelationsEffectively guide or manage ER issues (disciplinaries, grievances, employee litigation, redundancy, terminations) using sound judgement in resolving problems, advising and suggesting alternative approaches where appropriateEnsure the provision and delivery of a comprehensive consultancy service to client group.
