My client is a Global professional services company , they have a EMEA HR Business Partner to work in London for one of there biggest clients . The role will be covering the EMEA Region . This high value talent HRBP will ensure the flawless execution of human resource practices in support of our key stakeholders and client. The HRBP will possess strong project management, collaboration, facilitation, organization and planning skills, in order to implement key performance initiatives including manager coaching, training and development, onboarding, talent programs/assessments (calibrations, talent review, etc.), succession planning, and resourcing for critical roles in partnership with the business service lines both on and off the account. RESPONSIBILITIES . Lead and execute training and development initiatives and where applicable translate and deliver regionally, delivering best practice across all the accounts. . Work with account leaderships on developing/implementing an account specific onboarding process and recruitment process to fit the Client culture . Drive and support recruitment for the account across EMEA where applicable. . Ensure IPMP is undertaken and communicated in accordance with the region . Act as EMEA HR Transition lead for the Client account, where / when applicable . Regional HR representative for all account activities o Reporting (recruiting, retention, new hire, terminations, QBR, etc.) o Organization Capability and Succession Planning o Calibration process o Salary and Bonus Review o Director Promotions. . Flawless execution and delivery of value-added HR services to the account, including but not limited to: manager coaching, training and development, onboarding, talent programs/assessments (calibrations, talent review, etc.), succession planning, and resourcing . Implement best practices for critical role Resourcing/Redeployment that partner with the business internally to my clients and externally to ensure that roles are filled within a reasonable time to fill period and result in placing top talent into open roles SKILLS . HR Qualification (CIPD or equivalent). . 7 years + experience in a client focused HR generalist role, including Senior HR business partnering. . Strong knowledge of EMEA legislation and HR best practice. . Extensive exposure to talent programmes/training and development and project management. . Strong analytical abilities . Ability to build partnerships at all levels . Ability to coach and influence senior management . Professional and polished . Ability to work within a matrix/cross functional environment . Ability to perform as a trusted advisor . Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively deliver presentations to large audiences . Fluency in English . Experience of working with HR Database PeopleSoft would be an advantage
