Working in a busy yet supportive HR team, the role is a true mix of operational and strategic HR and will be attractive to any HR professional looking to work in a dynamic and growing organisation. You will work with a range of stakeholders within the business and it is pivotal to the role that you have the credibility and confidence to deal with people at all levels.

Key to the role will be the delivery and development of HR strategy in line with the broader business growth strategy and you will work closely with line managers to ensure that strategy is rolled out effectively. Indeed, you will act as a coach to line managers to develop performance and help to build their own people management capability. The company champions an environment of continuous improvement and development.

Another key aspect of the position centres around supporting organisational change and you will help to manage this with key stakeholders. The business units that you will be assigned to will include IT and finance which have undergone significant growth and as such, you should help to manage the rolling people engagement programme.

The role will also have a large remit of working on HR specific streams, based around reward, OD, talent management, policy and employee engagement which will mean that while you will be managing a busy work load, the variety that you will be involved in will be very large.
In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate that you have experience of working in a previous BP role where you have worked closely with key decision makers.

The role is based just south of the M4 in Wiltshire.
