My client is looking recruit a HR Business Partner based in the Midlands.

The position is a true HR Business Partner role and will partner the Area team and Operational Managers to support in the achievement of business objectives and maximise performance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence and drive the HR agenda; manage complex employee relations cases; implement change management programmes; develop and introduce employee development and engagement strategies

The role will be responsible for for multi-sites across the region and therefore regular travel will be required.

It is essential that candidates have a stable career history and have proven successful from within a similar role.
