An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist to provide human resources support to this global financial organisation. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the provision of human resources support across the organisations regional offices. Areas of responsibility will include recruitment up to senior level, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development and the provision of complex employee relations advice. You will have responsibility for both operational and strategic HR issues, supporting the Head of HR. Candidates will be of graduate calibre, with a professional qualification in HR and previous experience across the full generalist HR remit.
