An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our well known FMCG clients for an HR Business Partner to work on a 12 month FTC. The role will involve partnering with the business to develop strategic and people plans, project and change management and resourcing and succession planning. This role will be based in Hertfordshire for 2/3 days a week and will be mobile for the remainder. To be considered candidates will need: An FMCG sales background Field sales partnering experience Good change management and OD experience People management exp (this role will manage 2 direct reports) This role is offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months although could become permanent.
