Salary up to £65,000 per annum + excellent benefits

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to work for a unique business without having to commute into London.  It is also a time of organisational change within HR so you could really get on board and make a difference.

The role:

Your client group will be based across various UK sites so some occasional travel may be required in order to support them with Employee Relations issues, talent and succession planning and coaching/delivering training to help Managers perform and get the best from their teams.

You will also oversee a team who provide operational and transactional support to your client group so a good mix of operational and strategic HR will be a must.

The person:

The right candidate will be professional, client facing, will possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and will thrive in optimising HR delivery through a time of change.

It will also be beneficial if you have experience of working within a Matrix Organisation Structure.
