Our client, a leading global gaming provider is currently looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to join its team based in West London. The role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to add significant value to the organisation through driving change, enhancing performance and maximising employee engagement. Key responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring appropriate HR solutions are developed and implemented within assigned business areas.
· Working closely with senior management in the development and implementation of corporate policies.
· Participating in company-wide programs and initiatives such as salary reviews, workforce planning, organisational change, employee engagement initiatives and talent management.
· Driving performance culture through line manager coaching.
· Providing expertise and support in managing employee relations issues.
· Designing and implementing management development and professional development programs in line with corporate strategy.
· Providing accurate management information and operational updates to the HR Director.


The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced and constantly changing environment working on both an operational and strategic level. You should have experience of integrating acquired businesses and enjoy the challenge of designing and implementing infrastructure within developing business areas.
