Description

My client is looking to recruit a professional Senior HR Business Partner to be based at their office in Hertfordshire. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and partnering with the business to provide hands-on, customer focused HR support.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Implement new policies and procedures
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all employees and managers
* Integrate new global HR processes
* Work with line managers and coach them on HR issues such as disciplinary, grievances, performance etc
* Review career structures for developmental purposes - performance reviews, talent management, succession planning and future potential
* Assist with resource planning to be able to identify new talent as required
